Democratic former New York City Mayor Ed Koch is endorsing GOP candidate Bob Turner in the race for disgraced Congressman Anthony Weiner's seat. Koch says that electing a Republican in New York's heavily Jewish 9th Congressional district will "register a protest" against President Barack Obama's hostility toward Israel, failure to create jobs, and flouting of the War Powers Act in Libya.
