Life in the Nations: the Stories of Everyday Radicals on the Mission Field

This blog isn't really about missions; you won't find much, if any, discussion of missiology, the theology of missions.

We defer to seminarians to begin those kinds of conversations.

Meanwhile, we hope that "Life in the Nations" serves as an outlet of the quotidian, real-life tales of men and women fulfilling the great commission across the globe.

For us at Adventures in Missions, missions isn't the end (even though we are a missions organization), missions is the means. Jesus instructed His followers to generate more followers, that is, "to make disciples of all nations."

This blog is about sharing the stories of what happens when we take God at His word and do what He says; things like
  • Delivering a boy from the stronghold of voodoo
  • Bringing hope and healing
  • Leading people to salvation
  • Being persecuted
Visit adventures.org to explore ways you can start living out your story as a disciple.
