The Battle is Not Over! Take a Stand Against Kagan Now!

Line

Yesterday was an historic day for America. Solicitor General Elena Kagan was confirmed by the U.S. Senate to become the 112th Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. While this is a major setback for pro-life and conservative Americans, there is still hope.

The new Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan will be hitting the ground running next week, taking the oath of office and moving into her new Supreme Court office to begin her work furthering the radical Obama agenda. Looking at her past work and testimony during her Senate confirmation hearing, we know Elena Kagan will be one of the most radical Supreme Court Justices America has ever seen.

During Kagan's Senate confirmation hearings, what shocked me most was that not only did she lie under oath but when working for President Clinton, she actually changed factual information and documentation in order to sway President Clinton's opinion on the Partial Birth Abortion Ban.

You and I know that Partial Birth Abortion is the most gruesome abortion procedure ever invented, and yet Kagan was in full support of vetoing the ban, going against the wishes of the American people and betraying millions of preborn Americans.

I'm writing to you today to let you know that the battle against Elena Kagan does not stop here.

I know from experience in working with students across the country that this battle is far from over. A whole new generation of Americans is rising up to take the lead in abolishing abortion. Even with Kagan's confirmation to the Supreme Court, I know that we can still win the abortion battle.

But we can't do it alone.

We need your help to continue this battle and to train the next generation of pro-life leaders. Please consider investing just $10 in Students for Life of America today to take a stand against Justice Kagan and to support the future leaders of America. With your help, we will make abortion unthinkable, and we will end abortion in our lifetime.

Please
invest now as we are making our final preparations for the 2010-2011 school year, and I need to know how much financial support our staff has in order to travel our nation's college campuses and fight against Elena Kagan and President Obama's radical vision for America.

Thank you for your continued support and prayers.

For Life,

Kristan Hawkins
Executive Director

P.S. - Although Elena Kagan was confirmed by the U.S. Senate yesterday, you can still take a stand against her by supporting Students for Life of America and helping to train the next generation of pro-life leaders. Your investment of $10 will not only support Students for Life but will truly build the future of the pro-life movement. Thank you for your continued support.
