NYC's Ray Kelly Tops Mayoral Poll
New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly leads the field of potential mayoral candidates in 2013, even though he has said repeatedly he's not interested in the job. Kelly got 23 percent support in a Quinnipiac University poll asking voters who they wanted to succeed Mayor Michael Bloomberg. City Council Speaker Christine Quinn ran second with 18 percent.
