QUOTE OF THE DAY Nine-tenths of wisdom is being wise in time. Theodore Roosevelt DID YOU KNOW? A sneeze travels out of your mouth at over 100 mph! RIDDLE From the beginning of eternity to the end of time and space I am in every place. What am I? ANSWER Did you figure it out? It's the letter E! TONIGHT ON THE CBS EVENING NEWS Here's a look at what we are working on for tonight's broadcast of The CBS Evening News from Anchor and Managing Editor, Katie Couric: Hi everyone, Newly released census figures show that the recession has left America's confidence shaken -- and for good reason. In the past three years, our income has gone down, and we now make less than we did ten years ago. Just 52 percent of those surveyed said they were married. That's a record low, down from 57 percent in 2000. CBS News Senior Business Correspondent Anthony Mason goes behind the numbers tonight. They helped put him in the White House. But can President Obama get young voters back to the polls this year? CBS News chief White House Correspondent Chip Reid reports tonight from Madison, Wisconsin -- where the president is trying to get student voters fired up to vote Democratic. A new Pew Research Survey out today says that America is the most religious country among industrialized nations, yet we know little about our own religions, even less about others. The survey asked questions like, what is the first book in the Bible? What day does the Jewish Sabbath begin? What is the Dalai Lama's religion? Most Americans got it wrong. What's your religious IQ? CBS News Chief National Correspondent Byron Pitts has a look at faith in America. We end tonight with a story about the thousands of people who're hoping to get six jobs in China. The job? "Pambassador" or panda ambassador. CBS News Correspondent Celia Hatton takes you to China's Chendu Panda Reserve, where they're hoping to use a contest to publicize the plight of the endangered panda. See you tonight. Katie CouricandCo@cbs.com Here's an early look at one of the stories we are working on for Wednesday night's broadcast of The CBS Evening News:From table manners to trigonometry, how a simple gesture is creating success in the classroom. Nearly 40 Million Americans will relocate this year, and over the past three years, the better business bureau has received over 27,000 moving-related complaints. In one common scenario, a moving company will actually hold your belongings hostage and ask for potentially thousands of dollars in exchange for them. So, how do you make sure when you hire a moving company that you're not going to get scammed? Early Show Consumer Correspondent Susan Koeppen shows you one moving scam that our cameras caught on tape -- you won't want to miss it. She'll also share valuable advice so all homeowners can be sure they don't get scammed. You know being a parent isn't easy... many would say it's even a second full-time job.
